- Incentive-based compensation, determined by the success of the individual Sales Consultant. Average yearly compensation is $50K to $100K+.
- Includes Training Pay of $500/week for the first four weeks, then after the first four weeks of employment the role is fully commission-based

- Develop expertise in product knowledge, technical knowledge, industry knowledge, and process knowledge in relevant product areas
- Expertly consult with clients and present the features and benefits of Stand Strong Fencing as a business, along with its products and services
- Continually prospect for new customers through networking, referrals, and other organic lead generation strategies, and effectively follow-up with prospects to win new business
- Set and maintain the required number of sales appointments to meet or exceed sales goals and confirm and qualify booked appointments
- Generate accurate estimates and professionally and comprehensively present proposals to property owners and their representatives
- Perform lead generation strategies and activities
- Maintain a thorough understanding of marketplace, competitors, and industry trends to identify new business opportunities
- Develop and present product references and reference documents to customers
- Organize, plan, and prioritize sales calls and appointments
- Work with install team leaders to understand, explain, and analyze client requirements
- Address potential client queries in a timely and professional manner
- Perform basic record keeping and data entry to ensure proper tracking of sales and client needs/inquiries
- Interact with clients and co-workers in a kind and professional manner
- Perform other duties as assigned

- 2+ years sales experience in home services, construction, or a related industry is a plus

- Ability to work independently and with minimal oversight
- Ability to treat others with respect and gain trust and respect from subordinates and supervisors
- Must have a valid driver’s license
- Occasionally be out in the community knocking on doors and engaging with owners.
- Stand; walk; sit; twist; use hands to handle; reach with hands and arms; push; pull; climb or balance; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl; talk and hear.
- Work outside in the elements during each season
- Lift, move, and hold up to approximately 100 lbs.
- Be able to drive a motor vehicle for extended time periods.
